Account linking — change your email and you are locked out of changing it for 90 days

This is the one guide on the site where the advice is do it now, before you need it. Everything after the first section is what happens when you did not.

Link the account — two minutes, once

Go to [Individual Card] → [Account] → [Email / Google Play] and link it. An unlinked account lives entirely on the device it was created on, and the recovery process further down this page exists because a great many people find that out the hard way.

The 90-day cooldown

You can switch the linked account later, from [Individual] → [Account] → [Mail]. But: changing the email or unlinking it starts a 90-day cooldown during which you cannot change it again.

Three months is long enough that this matters. Do not link a work address you might lose, a shared family address, or an address on a provider you are about to leave. If you are already mid-cooldown, there is nothing to do but wait — the timer is not something support can waive on request.

Recovering an account you cannot log into

If the account is not linked, First Fun's recovery route is a mail to [email protected], and it wants nine specific items. Gather them all before you write, because a partial request just extends the round trip:

1. Character ID and character name
2. Your first purchase order ID — Google Play looks like GPA.aaaa-bbbb-cccc-ddddd; iOS is a 10-digit ID starting with M
3. The name of the last device you played on
4. The country or region you registered in
5. The device you registered on
6. Your current power
7. Your Base level
8. Total amount paid
9. Last login time

Note how much of that is historical. The first purchase order ID is in your store's email receipts, not in the game — if you have ever spent money, find that mail and keep it somewhere you can reach without the account.

Two ways to lose the account permanently

Third-party tools. Using them breaches the Terms of Service and can lead to a permanent ban. There is no version of this that is worth it — a banned account takes every purchase with it.

Sharing the account. First Fun lists three risks, and all three are real: you are suspended for violations somebody else committed on your account, your character can be deleted or taken over, and your personal information is exposed. If someone is offering to boost your account for you, what they are asking for is your account.
