Every English term on this page comes from Century Games' own English text — the help centre, the App Store and Google Play listings, and the official Gift Code Center. Where we could not confirm the publisher's English name for something, we leave it out and say so at the bottom rather than invent one. That is why the basic resources are not named anywhere on this page.

How to redeem
Official page: Official Gift Code Center (Century Games) — The publisher's own redemption page. You do not need the game open to use it.
- Find your Player ID. The page itself says to check it in-game through your Avatar in the top left corner.
- Open the Gift Code Center linked above and enter your Player ID, then pick your Kingdom.
- Type the code into Enter Gift Code and press Confirm.
- Rewards do not appear on screen. The page states they are sent directly to your character's in-game mail.
Redeeming inside the game is faster: Profile → Settings → Gift Code. We confirmed that path on the live client on 2026-07-26. Codes are case sensitive, so copy and paste rather than retype.

🏆 Hero tier list
This is not a raw power ranking, and you should distrust any Kingshot tier list that claims to be one. Which hero generations exist on your server depends on how old your Kingdom is, so a list built on a 300-day Kingdom is actively misleading on a 30-day one. What follows is an investment order for a free-to-play Governor — who to spend shards on next — which does transfer between servers.

📅 Event schedule
Event names on this list are the ones Century Games uses in its own English help centre. Start times and rotation differ between Kingdoms and shift between versions, so treat the cadence as a shape and check the in-game notice for anything you are planning around. Where we do not know a precise schedule we say Recurring rather than invent one.
Daily reset
Daily quests, the free shop chest and shop stock all reset at 00:00 UTC. Anything unclaimed at that moment is gone.
Bear Hunt
The alliance event that funds your Hero Gear. Roughly every 48 hours, about 15 runs a month. Rewards scale with your personal damage points, and troop tier moves that number far more than troop count.
Viking Vengeance
The other big damage-scoring event. Top scorers receive reinforcements for six marches; you have four of your own, which is a structural ceiling rather than a skill gap.
Alliance Championship
Alliance-versus-alliance bracket. Its shop is the steadiest source of pet medals for a free-to-play account.
Alliance Mobilization
Mission-board event where the alliance scores together. Hold speedups and shards for the stages that pay them.
Alliance Brawl
Alliance combat event.
Swordland Showdown
Cross-alliance field battle.
Castle Battle
Fight for the castle. Troop losses are real, so bring healing capacity.
Outpost Battle
Contest over outposts.
Kingdom of Power
Kingdom-versus-kingdom scoring event.

Where do I enter a Kingshot Gift Code?
Inside the game it is Profile → Settings → Gift Code — we confirmed that path on the live client on 2026-07-26. Outside the game, use Century Games' official Gift Code Center, which asks for your Player ID and Kingdom. The page states that rewards are sent directly to your character's mail, so nothing will appear on screen — check your in-game mailbox. Codes are case sensitive; copy and paste them.
Why does this page have no Kingshot gift code list?
Because we only publish codes we have redeemed ourselves and watched arrive. Kingshot codes usually last days, so a copied list is mostly expired within a week — and a list that is mostly wrong is worse than no list. The official Gift Code Center linked above is always current. Anything we personally confirm shows up here with the date we confirmed it.
Which hero should a free-to-play Governor raise first?
Take one hero per generation to 5 stars instead of three to 3 stars. The route that works: let Jabel grow on her own without feeding her universal shards, keep Helga for leading Bear Hunt rallies, push Zoe at Gen 2, make Petra your rally leader at Gen 3, and save every universal Legendary shard from there for Vivian at Gen 5.
Is there one correct Kingshot hero tier list?
No, and that is not a dodge. Which hero generations exist at all depends on how old your Kingdom is, so a ranking built on a 300-day server misleads a 30-day one. Any list that does not tell you this is guessing. Ours is ordered by what to spend on next as a free-to-play Governor, which does transfer between servers.
What is Mithril used for in Kingshot?
Century Games' English help centre defines it as a material used to imbue Gear. In practice it is the real ceiling on Hero Gear above enhancement Lv 100: levels below that cost EXP only, while the milestone levels — 101, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200 — consume Mithril and Mythic Gear instead, rising from 10 at Lv 120 to 50 at Lv 200. Bear Hunt and the alliance events are the steady sources.
What are the three troop types and how do they line up?
Straight from the publisher's English Combat FAQ: Infantry are the primary damage takers and hold the front row, Cavalry are the mobile units in the middle row, and Archers deal the highest single-target damage from the back row. Attacks clear the front row before reaching the back, which is why troop ratio decides fights that raw power says you should have won.
How do I score higher in Bear Hunt?
Three things, in order of impact. Convert your troops to a higher tier — tier moves the score far more than count does. Load all four marches at full strength into the rallies opened by your highest-power alliance members, and wait for a big rally rather than joining a weak one. And never send troops without heroes attached, which costs you both skills and march capacity. Attendance matters more than optimisation: the bottom bracket paid 15 times a month is worth more than the top bracket paid five times.
Is Kingshot the same game as Whiteout Survival?
No. Both are published by Century Games and both are 4X survival strategy games, which is why guides get mixed up, but their heroes, buildings, resources and events are different. If a Kingshot guide mentions a resource or hero you have never seen in your city, it was probably written for the other game.

⚙️ Hero Gear calculator
Pick your current enhancement level and your target, and it adds up the Enhancement EXP, Mithril and Mythic Gear in between — for one piece, one troop set of four, or all twelve.
Lv 1–100 is the pre-Ascension range. Lv 101–200 is the same piece after Ascension, where the game's own counter restarts at 1 — so Lv 120, 140, 160, 180 and 200 here are the publisher's five imbue points at 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100.

Rows marked ↑ are the breakthrough at the level cap. Pick the rarity first — each rarity has its own ceiling.
⏱️ Speedup total
Add up the speedups you are actually holding before an event window opens. Most Governors are holding more than they think.
🕳 Numbers the publisher does not publish
Century Games does not publish these numbers, so this site does not print them either. Where another site states them confidently, the source is not the publisher.
- Basic resource names. We have not matched the English client's names for the four basic resources or for the Governor Gear and Governor Charm crafting materials. They are therefore not named anywhere on this page, and the Korean version's building, gear and charm calculators are not published here. They arrive when we can confirm the wording.
- "Enhancement EXP". Mithril and Mythic Gear are first-party English strings from Century Games' help centre. Enhancement EXP is our label for the level-up material and has not been matched against the English client.
- Hero generations and rarity colours. Gen 1 / Gen 2 and the blue-purple-orange rarity shorthand are community conventions. Century Games does not use them in its English text, so we do not present them as official.
- A localisation conflict we will not paper over. In the English help centre the Hero Gear article reads "When a piece of Mythic Gear has been ascended to Legendary Gear"; the Korean article for the same feature describes ascending Legendary gear into Mythic. The direction is reversed between the two locales. We have not resolved which one matches the live client, so this page does not state an order of rarities for gear ascension.
- "Hall of Governors". Players use this name in English and our Korean page uses it, but it does not appear in Century Games' English help centre. Kingdom of Power, which does appear there, is a different event. We name it in the guide only as the name players use.
- Bear Hunt reward item names. The bracket table is cross-checked from independent reference tables, not published by Century Games, and we have not confirmed the English client's names for the three reward items. They are described rather than named.

Every number on this page was read off a live account in the game, and every page carries the date it was last checked. Where the publisher does not publish a number, this site does not print one.
On wording
English on this page comes from the publisher's own English client. The Korean edition is written separately from the Korean client — neither one is a translation of the other, because the two editions use different words for the same thing.
